PTSD Group & Private Sessions

As a hypnotherapist who specializes in treating PTSD, I use a variety of techniques to help my clients overcome their symptoms. Over the course of six sessions, I work with my clients to help them identify and address the root causes of their PTSD symptoms, and develop new coping strategies that allow them to move forward in a positive way.

In the first session, we focus on negativity clearing. This involves identifying and clearing negative emotions, thoughts, and beliefs that may be contributing to your PTSD symptoms. By releasing these negative emotions, you can create space for more positive emotions and beliefs to take hold.

During the second session, we focus on ego parts. This involves exploring the different parts of your psyche and how they interact with each other. By understanding your different ego parts, we can identify any conflicts or imbalances that may be contributing to your PTSD symptoms, and work to integrate and harmonize these different parts.

The third session focuses on forgiveness and acceptance of others. This involves identifying any unresolved conflicts or resentments that you may be holding onto, and working to release them. By forgiving others, you can let go of negative emotions and find greater peace and acceptance in your life.

In the fourth session, we focus on age regression, timeline, and rewind. This involves revisiting past events in a relaxed state, and working to reinterpret them in a more positive way. By rewinding and replaying past events in a safe and supportive environment, we can help you to desensitize yourself to the memory, reducing the emotional intensity of your PTSD symptoms.

During the fifth session, we focus on forgiveness and acceptance of self. This involves identifying any negative beliefs or self-talk that may be contributing to your PTSD symptoms, and working to replace them with more positive and empowering beliefs. By accepting yourself and cultivating self-love and compassion, you can move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

In the final session, we focus on ego boost, reinforcement, and strengthening. This involves building on the progress that you have made throughout the previous sessions, and reinforcing positive beliefs and behaviors. By strengthening your sense of self and your ability to cope with challenges, you can move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Overall, these six sessions are designed to help you overcome your PTSD symptoms and develop new coping strategies that allow you to move forward in a positive way.
